Accountability matters

Equal access to air travel for people with disabilities is a civil right, but airlines routinely violate the Air Carrier Access Act. Although the Department of Transportation is responsible for enforcing the law, it rarely takes action because so few complaints are received.

We aim to dramatically increase the number of successful complaints filed against airlines for ACAA violations. Our three-step process makes it easy for travelers to demand accountability at no cost to themselves. By increasing the volume of legitimate complaints, the government will be compelled to protect disability rights.
