We have only two goals

We're a family of people with disabilities who have been negatively impacted by airlines' disregard for disabled people, our wheelchairs and our bodies.

By creating this free resource, we hope to significantly increase the number of disability-related complaints directed at airlines, and we'd like to collect data on the types and severity of those service failures.

More complaints means more attention by the government. News outlets and websites closely follow and report on these statistics, and we want to generate a number that can't be ignored. Every violation is worth reporting.

Data is another problem, because airlines won't share much of it at all. We believe that greater detail on how airlines are impacting and disrupting disabled lives could be a change agent. Your stories matter, but if information submitted to us is ever used, we promise not to include any personally identifiable information. Your privacy means the world to us.
